This 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor of the La
Aldea complex in Puerto Rey, and is ideal for those that enjoy sitting
in the sun taking, strolling along the beach and having a relaxing
holiday.

There is 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom which has an
en-suite bathroom , both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans to
keep you cool while sleeping in the hot summer nights, in between
the bedrooms is the shower room.

The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer compartment, oven, hob and
microwave, dishwasher all other utensils are supplied, there is a
utility room equipped with a washing machine leading from the
kitchen along with one of the two patio / garden areas.

The lounge / dining area has a table and chairs and a double sofa
bed at one end and an L shaped sofa and coffee table at the other,
there is also a television which has satellite TV connected. This
leads out to another pation / garden area. Both patio / garden areas
are equipped with table and chairs for dining outside in the warm
evenings

The complex has 2 communal pools both having outdoor showers
and surrounded by fencing and gates. Next to the complex is the La
Esquina shopping centre with a variety of shops, bars and cafes.
Across the road is the Puerto Rey sports centre which is home to
tennis courts, driving range, pitch and putt and several keep fit
classes. There is also 2 restaurants within the sports centre and a
bar.

The beach is approximately a 5 minute walk and there is a bus
service with buss tops outside the commercial centre which will
take you to Mojacar, Garrucha and Vera Town. The Aqua park is a
short 5 minute drive toward the lovely fishing village of Villericos
