complex Vera playa.

The main bedroom has en-suite facilities and patio doors that lead
out th the private garden, both bedrooms have fitted wadrobes.

The Kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with everything needed
for a self catering holiday.

The lounge / Dining area are on a split level with the dining area
consisting of a table, chairs and bench leading down to the lounge
with both a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, coffee table, wall unit and
TV cabinet. There is also a TV and CD player. Leading off the
lounge is the patio doors which lead out to the private garden
furnished with patio table and chairs and a BBQ.

Along with the en-suite facilities there is a family bathroom.

The apartment has air conditioning and heating for the winter
months throughout.
Available for guests use is a selection of video´s, board games
and a baby buggy. Beach towels are provided.

The complex is beautifully landscaped with tropical gardensand
has 2 communal pools, it is fully gated with security gates.

The surrounding area is very peaceful, even though the beach is
only a 5 minute walk.

There is a selection of bars and restaurants within walking
distance including the Valle del Este Beach Club.

The towns of Vera, Garrucha, Mojacar and Mojacar Pueblo are
within easy reach via a local bus service which stops on the main
road approx 2 minutes walk away.

There is 3 golf courses, an aqua park and go karting within 15
minutes drive.
