Terms and Conditions of Booking

Your Holiday Contract
The terms and conditions outlined below form a contract between Golfing Almeria and you
the client for the services and arrangements that make up the package holidays advertised
on our website www.golfingalmeria.com. It is important that read and understand these
conditions and that you are fully aware of what we are providing under the contract.

Making a Booking
All members of the party must read and agree to these terms and conditions for us to
accept your booking.
The person who submits the booking form must do so on behalf of all party members.
On receipt of your booking form and the 25% deposit your chosen holiday will be allocated
to you subject to availability.

Price Guarantee
All holiday price were correct at time of going to print, however if there is any change to a
price of a golf holiday package you will be informed before any booking is made. Once the
price of the holiday has been confirmed at the time of booking there will be no further price
increase unless you specifically change or add to any part of your holiday.

Payment
When making a reservation we require your completed booking form as acceptance of our
terms and conditions along with a deposit of 25% of the total holiday price.
The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
If we have not received payment by the due date we reserve the right to cancel your holiday
and you will be liable for cancellation costs detailed below

Last Minute Bookings
Last minute bookings can be taken up to 5 days prior to the start of your holiday, the full
amount of rental price is payable on booking

If you cancel your Booking
The person who submitted the booking form is the only person we can accept a
cancellation from and this must be in writing.
Any cancellation will be liable to the following fees and any remaining monies will be
refunded.
Before 56 days (8 weeks)          -        Loss of 25% Deposit
Between 56 - 42 days                -        35% charge
Between 41 - 28 days                -        55% charge
Between 27 - 14 days                -        75% charge
After 13 days                             -       100% charge

Amendments made by you
If changes to your booking are necessary, we will do our very best to help you.
Any amendments made after the booking has been confirmed will be liable to a 7%
administration charge. Golf tee times will endeavour a loss of full fee if changes are made
less than 30 days prior to confirmed Tee time.

Amendments made by Golfing Almeria
If the holiday you have reserved is unavailable for any reason out of our control we reserve
the right to make amendments to your booking. We will do our very best to provide you with
equivalent or better alternative arrangements. However if we are unable to offer you any
alternative arrangements all monies paid will be refunded in full. We will not be liable for the
cost of flights or car hire that may have been booked along with your holiday.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of 150 Euros is payable on the due date of the balance of your booking on
all self catering properties. Should the deposit not cover any damage or breakages you will
be invoiced for the difference in accordance with our booking conditions to be paid within 7
days of notification from us.
Deposits will be reimbursed within 28 days of your departure and any deductions will be
notified to you in writing.

Occupancy
The maximum occupancy stated on the property details must not be exceeded, if it is Golfing
Almeria reserve the right to terminate your booking.
Your accommodation will be available from 2pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by
10am on day of departure.
Special arrangements can be made if requested in advance.
When you vacate the property please make sure all personal belongings are removed and it
is left in a clean and tidy state.

Building Works
It is likely with this being the new up and coming region of Spain that building work will be
taking place either on or near by your chosen property. From time to time general
maintenance work will be carried out, unfortunately this is out of our control and we cannot
be held responsible, however we will notify you at time of booking of any building work that
we are aware of.

Insurance
We advise all clients to make sure they have adequate travel and personal insurance cover
before departure. Golfing Almeria also advises EU clients to obtain and bring with them
E111 form which will entitle you to free health care under Spain's national health service.

Keys
On arrival you will be met by one of Golfing Almeria representatives. If arrival is out of office
hours 8pm – 10am a Golfing Almeria representative will meet you at a previously arranged
meeting point, where we will hand over the keys and they will be left in your charge.
All keys are the responsibility of the guests and any keys that are lost will be liable to the
cost of a replacement key and locksmith if required.

Green Fees/Tee Times
When making your golf holiday booking we will request your chosen days and preferred tee
times at courses selected.
Once a tee time has been confirmed we reserve the right to charge an amendment fee to
any changes made subject to the charges of the course involved.
Cancellation of confirmed tee times will incur cancellation fees up to the value of the pre-
paid green fee subject to the cancellation policy of the course involved.
If the course changes your pre-paid tee time due to a club competion for example we will do
our very best to ensure a suitable alternative is found. Changes to golfing arrangements will
not be considered as major changes.
The golf clubs reserve the right to match players to create four balls to maximise tee times.
Golf clubs with handicap restrictions, We will pass on your handicap details however it will
be your responsibility to comply and show your handicap certificates when requested.
Golfing Almeria will endeavour to meet your requirements for specific dates, courses and
tee times, however these are subject to availability  and cannot be guaranteed.

Golf Course Conditions
Golfing Almeria can not be held responsible for the playing conditions of the courses,
caused by course maintenance or weather conditions etc. We request from all courses their
maintenance schedule and forward this information on to our clients, however these
schedules can be changed due to weather conditions and other factors decided by the golf
course.

Handicap Certificates
More course are now requesting that clients show their handicap certificates upon check in
if requested. It is the client´s responsibility to be able to present their certificates if requested
to do so.

Buggies
Golfing Almeria are unable to pre-book buggies. Clients must arrange and pay for buggy
hire locally.

Golf Club Carriage
Most airlines now charge for golf club carriage, please check with your airline before
booking for the fees imposed.

Complaints
All complaints are to be notified to a Golfing Almeria representative during your stay so that
we can rectify the situation where possible, if it is not possible to resolve the situation during
your stay then the complaint must be put in writing within 14 days of your return home.
We will then do our very best to resolve the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Company Liability
Golfing Almeria cannot be held personally responsible for any death, accident or injury, fire,
break-ins or other damage unless proved that it is due to negligence of Golfing Almeria.
We also cannot be held responsible for the following
Road conditions leading to property
Cuts to water or electric services
Noise outside the boundary of the property
Safety of children, this is the responsibility of the parents.

Our maximum liability in any claim will be limited to the cost of your rental accommodation
