This spacious apartment is situated in the fantastic complex of
Pueblo Salinas Vera Playa. Situated within minutes drive of towns,
villages and the beaches every thing you require is within easy
reach.
The complex itself has a large number of green areas and beutifully
landscaped gardens. With a stream running through the complex as
an added bonus it also has some tennis courts which are now open.

Opening Soon - The complex has it´s own sports club house which
will consist of an indoor & an outdoor pool, gym, jacussi and Sauna.
On the outside of the complex will be a selection of bar, restaurants
and shops.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, both
bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bed side tables. The
lounge/dining area is furnished with a sofa, table and 4 chairs, this
leads out to a private garden area and patio which is equipped with
table and chairs for those wishing to eat al fresco on the warm
summer nights after a long day on the beach.

There is also a fully fitted and equipped kitchen including a
dishwasher and microwave this leads out to a utility area equipped
with a washing machine.
The bathroom consists of bidet, hand basin, toilet and a bath with
shower. The double bedroom has an en-suite with a shower cubicle,
toilet and hand basin.

Remote controlled air conditioning is fitted in the lounge and main
bedroom.

There is a communal pool available for use by those staying in the
apartment which is overlooked by the private garden.

There is 3 golf courses, an aqua park and go karting within 15
minutes drive.
