This 2 bedroom apartment is situated overlooking the Marina De La
Torre Golf Course it also has magnificent sea and mountains views
from the balcony and roof terrace.

The double bedroom is equipped with double fitted wardrobes, a
chest of drawers and 2 bed side cabinets, it also has sea views. The
twin bedroom has 2 single beds, a double fitted wardrobe and a
chest of drawers. Both bedroom windows have been fitted with
mosquito screens.

In between the 2 bedrooms is the bathroom which offers both a bath
and shower, wash basin, toilet and Bede.

The front door opens into the lounge/dining area which is furnished
with 2 sofas 1 of which is a double sofa bed, a dining table and 4
chairs, the patio doors which are also fitted with mosquito screens
lead out to the balcony which is equipped with a patio table and 4
chairs.

The balcony which has golf course and sea views is partially
undercover therefore offering you the choice of sitting in the shade
or in the sun. There are stairs on the balcony which lead up to the
large roof terrace, this is equipped with sun loungers and a washing
line. Views of the mountains, golf course and sea can been seen
from here.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer and
an electric oven and hob. All utensils are supplied. The kitchen leads
out to a utility room where a washing machine can be found, this can
also be used for storage.

The complex has 2 pool areas both consisting of an adult and a
children's pool, both pool areas are surrounded by fences and gates,
there are also showers and safety equipment available.

The beach is approximately 500m away, along with 4 hotels, all of
whose facilities are open to the public, therefore plenty of
restaurants and bars to choose from, the Marina De La Torre Golf
Club is also only approximately 500m away.

The towns of Vera, Mojacar Pueblo and Garrucha are all within easy
reach either by bus or car, or you could even walk into Garrucha.
You can get the bus from one end of Mojacar Playa to the other, all
the way along the Playa you will find a selection of bars, restaurants,
shops and banks.
