Oliver´s Restaurant - Antas

Oliver´s was established in 2002 and is owned and run by Lotty and
her son Josh.
Lotty spent around 25 years running restaurants and hotels in the
Far East before settling in this little village in Almeria, Spain.
Josh who is your chef for the evening served an apprenticeship at
Le Manoir in Great Milton, Oxford under the careful eye of Raymond
Blanc.
All dishes are prepared upon order and are homemade from using
only the finest and freshest of ingredients.
If you require a dish which is not on the menu, you can make a
request and they will do what ever they can to accommodate you.
