Golfing Almeria was established in 2005 to offer its clients a chance of all year
round rental income. As most are aware the golfing season in Spain starts in
October and ends in April, then in comes the summer season which starts in
May and ends in September. Our aim is to bring the golfers to the Almeria
region with its ever increasing selection of golf courses, this bringing in more
rental of properties in the Winter season when most properties are closed up
and left unoccupied along with the summer season. We also take on properties
for long terms lets so whether you require holiday or long term we are able to
help.

We offer property owners a professional and reliable service carried out to the
highest standard allowing them peace of mind knowing while they are away
from their property it is being cared for and is in capable hands. We offer 3
different levels of services which are as follows.

Option 1 - Full property management
Key Holding - For visitors use or to allow entry to tradesmen where necessary,
Keys are coded and kept in a safe.
Meeting and Greeting - In person by a Golfing Almeria representative both in
and out of office hours no matter what the time, taken to the property and
shown the fuse box, water inlet tap for emergencies and how to work sat tv, air
conditioning etc.
Security checks - including running of water, checking electrical appliances,
air conditioning, airing or property, checking windows and doors for attempted
break-ins, checking light bulbs and checking for damp and mould especially in
the winter months. We recommend monthly visits but this can be done as often
as you wish.
Cleaning - a thorough clean of your property including outside areas, windows
and patio doors after each visitor and a refresher clean before the next visitor
arrives
Laundry - change all bedding, towels, tea towels, bath mats and throws after
each visitor and take away to be washed, dried and ironed
Welcome packs on request - include Tea, Coffee, Sugar,Milk and Water,
additional items can be added at request.
24 hour emergency contact and call out to you and your visitors
Rentals - whether it be long term or holiday lets we advertise in local papers,
our own website, other holiday property websites and golfing magazine
websites to maximise your potential rental income.
Property Maintenance - All minor work carried out in house by our handyman
and major works such as electrics and plumbing carried out by reputable and
trusted tradesmen.
Gardening - All minor work i.e weeding, watering of plants carried out in
house, Major work i.e landscaping and re-designing of garden area carried out
by reputable and trusted garden company.
Painting and Decorating - All painting and decorating whether interior or
exterior carried out by our own in house decorator with over 20 years
experience including the spray effect finish.
Pools - Maintenance and pools carried out by a reputable and trusted
company.
Airport Transfers - Can be arranged from Almeria, Alicante and Murcia
airports.

Option 2 - Rental Only Service
Rentals - whether it be long term or holiday lets we advertise in local papers,
our own website, other holiday property websites and golfing magazine
websites to maximise your potential rental income.
