Playa Serena Golf course and club was established in 1979,
located at the centre of the holiday and residential resort of
Playa Serena in the popular of town of Roquetas de Mar in the
province of Almeria.

The resort stretches for more than 5 kilometres of beach and
is situated near a protected natural park. With it´s exceptional
weather all year round and broad offering of activities and
services from sport to cultural this is an ideal base for a
holiday.

The 18 hole course is kept in excellent condition all year
round. And is characterised by it´s wide fairways, lakes and
greens surrounded by bunkers of impeccable design.
The course being catalogued as the flattest in Spain, making it
a pleasure to play a round here with the major difficulties being
the long holes and the design of the greens.
This course has hosted several national circuit trials and
competitions over the years.

The club house has amazing views of the sea, golf course and
the Sierra Nevada mountains. Surrounded by the practice area
and the tees of holes 1 and 10 the club house hosts changing
rooms, restaurant, social lounges and the pro shop.

The club´s excellent restaurant has two spacious and
comfortable dining rooms where you can try Andalucias and
Almerias typical dishes or the newest creative cuisine. There is
a special daily menu also available. The restaurant has a
terrace with amazing sea views, there is also the option of
having exquisite tapas at the bar making this a haven of good
food and drink.

The pro shop has a broad selection of top branded clothes
and equipment, the staff in the club can provide you with
valuable technical advice about the products to best suit your
needs.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings at
Playa Serena Golf , please inform all members in your party of
these.

Handicap certificates are required at time of booking and on
arrival at the course.
Maximum Handicap for Men 28 and Ladies 36.
The management reserve the right to make up 4 balls at their
discretion for golfers booking in smaller parties.
Soft spikes are compulsory.
Players must wear tailored trousers or shorts and shirts must
have collars.
Players should check in the reception 30 minutes before their
tee time.
Players arriving late or no shows will not be entitled to any
refund.
International rules of Etiquette must be observed.
