This 2 bedroom duplex is situated on the first floor of the newly
built Los Almendros complex on the Valle Del Este Golf Course and is
furnished to a very high standard. This apartment is ideal both as a
base for golfing holidays, and family holidays away from the hustle
and bustle of the coastal resort Mojacar, but still being within easy
reach.

There are 2 bedrooms both with twin beds and both have fitted
wardrobes. There is a small balcony leading off one the bedrooms
that overlooks the fairway.

The lounge area is furnished with 2 sofas, 2 coffee table, TV bench
with a flat screen TV and satellite system while the dining area
consists of a dining table with 4 chairs. The lounge leads out to the
balcony equipped with a patio table and chairs.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a microwave, washing
machine, oven, hob and fridge freezer. All kitchen utensils and
crockery are supplied. There is a storage area off the kitchen which
is ideal for storing your golf clubs and suitcases.

The family bathroom consists of a wash basin, toilet and bath with
shower. There is another toilet downstairs with a washbasin.
All bed linen and towels are supplied except for beach towels. The
apartment is air conditioned.

The Valle del Este Golf Resort is only a short walk, where you will find
all the amenities of a 4 star Golf Club including a Spa, swimming pool,
games room, creche and an endless range of services.

Valle del Este Golf resort also offers a Pro Shop, where you can buy
all necessary equipment and a range of fashionable sports clothing
along with a restaurant and bar.

The towns of Vera and Garrucha are a few minutes drive, here you
can find several shops selling a variety of products from food items,
clothing and jewelery to pottery, tobacco and souvenirs.

Also only a few minutes drive are the beach resorts of Mojacar,
Garrucha and Vera Playa.

The Aqua park at Vera Playa with its many slides is only a 15 minute
drive and there is also a choice of another 3 golf courses within a 20
minute drive.
