This apartment is situated on the first floor of the Al Andalus
Resortcomplex Vera playa.

There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both have fitted
wardrobes and bedside tables. The double bedroom has an en-suite
bathroom with shower.

The lounge/dining area is furnished with a sofa, table and 4 chairs,
this leads out to a balcony which is equipped with a table and chairs
for those wishing to eat al fresco on the warm summer nights after a
long day on the beach.

There is also a fully fitted kitchen with a microwave, washing
machine and fridge freezer.

The family bathroom consists of bidet, hand basin, toilet and a bath
with shower.

There is remote controlled air conditioning fitted through out the
apartment.

There is 2 communal swimming pools 1 indoor for the winter months
and 1 outdoor for the summer months.

The surrounding area is very peaceful, even though the beach is
only a short drive but can be walked if you want.

There is a large supermarket within minutes walk and a selection of
bars, restaurants, shops and banks within a short drive or approx 15
minutes walk.

The towns of Vera, Garrucha, Mojacar and Mojacar Pueblo are within
easy reach via a local bus service which stops on the main road
approx 10 minutes walk away.

There is 3 golf courses, an aqua park and go karting within 15
minutes drive.
