This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor of
the La Mata apartment complex which is situated at the quiet end
of Mojacar Playa.

There is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite it
also has patio doors that lead out to the large balcony, The other
bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes.

The lounge/dining area is equipped with a settee and 2 arm chairs
along with a dining table and 4 chairs, there is also a TV and DVD
player. The patio doors lead out to a balcony with fantastic views
of the mountains and the coast line, the balcony is furnished with
patio table and chairs and two sun loungers.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a microwave, washing
machine, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils.
There is a main bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and wash
basin.

The apartment comes fully equipped with bath/hand towels,
bedding and a selection of DVD to watch. The apartment has air
conditioning in the lounge.

There is a selection of hotels all that have bars and restaurants
open to the public within a 10 minutes walk along the golden
sandy beach in one direction and in the other direction there is a
parade of shops, bar and restaurants.

The shopping centre along Mojacar Playa is only a 5 minute drive
or can be walked in about 15 minutes, here you will find a
selection of shops selling anything from clothes and shoes to gifts
and souvenirs, there is also a bank and several restaurants and
bars.

There is a local bus service which will take you up to Mojacar
Pueblo a typical Spanish village on the top of a hill which is very
picturesque with its narrow streets. The bus also goes into
Garrucha and Vera which a typical Spanish towns.

There is a choice of 4 Golf courses nearby, 3 of which are 18 holes
and the other a 9 hole these are all within a 15 minute drive.

Other activities nearby are G0-Karting, Horse riding, water sports
and quad biking.

There is a 10% discount on holiday bookings of 15 days or more in
