This 2 bedroom house is situated on the Las Buganvillas
Urbanization between Garrucha and Puerto Rey and is ideal for
those with young children and those that do not wish to be in
the thick of things of a more livelier resort.

On the ground floor is the spacious lounge / dining area
equipped , a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, washing
machine and all kitchen equipment, and the downstairs shower
room and toilet.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a double bed
and fitted wardrobes, the second bedroom is equipped with twin
beds and a free standing wardrobe. Both bedrooms have patio
doors leading out to a balcony which runs the full length of the
house. Also on this floor is the bathroom which has a bath with
shower, toilet and hand basin.

All bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are supplied.

Access to the roof terrace is up the next flight of stairs. On the
roof terrace there is a washing line garden furniture and
barbecue.

The patio is out the front of the house with it's own fence and
gate which is also equipped with garden furniture.
The urbanization is surrounded by gated entrances and has a
choice of 3 swimming pools.
On the outskirts of the complex is a variety of bars, restaurants,
banks and shops, there is a supermarket with in walking
distance and the beach is only 5 minutes walk away.
