This 2 bedroom house is situated on the Las Buganvillas Urbanization
between Garrucha and Puerto Rey and is surrounded by security
gates making it an ideal base for those with young children.

On the ground floor is the spacious lounge / dining area equipped
with satellite TV, a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, washing
machine and all kitchen equipment, and the downstairs shower room
and toilet.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a double bed and
fitted wardrobes, the second bedroom is equipped with twin beds
both of which have pull out beds underneath and a free standing
wardrobe.
Both bedrooms have patio doors leading out to a balcony which runs
the full length of the house. Also on this floor is the bathroom which
has a bath with shower, toilet and hand basin.

Access to the roof terrace is up the next flight of stairs. On the roof
terrace there is a washing line and sun loungers.

The patio is out the front of the house with it's own fence and gate
which is also equipped with garden furniture.

The property is air conditioned throughout.

All bedlinen and towels (except beach towels) are supplied.

The urbanization is surrounded by gated entrances and has a choice
of 3 swimming pools.
On the outskirts of the complex is a variety of bars, restaurants,
banks and shops, there is a supermarket with in walking distance and
the beach is only 5 minutes walk away.

The towns of Mojacar Pueblo and Vera are within easy reach. Along
with the beach resorts of Mojacar Playa, Vera Playa and Villaricos

There is a local bus service which stops at the bus stop just outside
the complex, this bus service runs between Vera, Majocar Playa,
Majocar Pueblo (old village), Puerto Rey and Villaricos.

Nearby is the Garrucha Microlite centre where you can take a flight in
a Microlite and the Aqua Park with it many water slides and childrens
pool.
For the golfers there is a choice of 3 golf courses all within 15
minutes away
